I've only heard a couple concerning lutfisk and pilliaging. I'd like to know some more.

I myself am somewhat Norwegian, being a son of Minnesota it's unavoidable.

They eat lutefisk, are passive-agressive, pronounce their W's as V's, look as though they were soaked in bleach and the ones from the old country listen to death metal.

Her in Norway we used to say that Norwegian are born with skis on.
Stereotypes would be: silent, don't smile, when they drink they drink a lot, tall ( 6`2 myself and my son), blond (not me), take a word for a word, and anything to do with Vikings would be accepted.

I live in Korea and belong to an International Country Club in Seoul.. We can always tell the European men from the Americans around the pool: American men would not be caught dead in a Speedo unless they were in the Olympic Games. (even then, most of our guys look cool in a full suit or elongated shorts) :)

I think a stereotypical Norweigan woman would have silky white blonde hair and very high cheekbones and tall, long legs. Like Elke Sommer and Brigitte Nielson.
