as a perfect gas? If not what pressure would it exert? What pressure would exert if its behaved as a van der waals gas?

The answer is yes, it would exert 24.45 atm.

PV=nRT


V = 1dm^3 = .001 m^3
n = 1mol (Xe atomic number = 131.3g/mol)
R = 8.3145 J/mol K
T = 298 K

solve for P and get 2477721Pa = 24.45 atmo, more than 20.
