yes it is elitist. the real folk like yours truly bathe once every 6 months. no need to dry your skin out. and that there tooth brushing business...well I think we can all agree that its just a conspiracy by the elitists. deodorant blah blah blah. I'd rather smell month old arm pits on my lady than some stupid aluminum this and aluminum that. I gots to have that earthy musky smell when we go to town.

no, but i think people have a tendency to judge those that may not be as "clean" as perhaps others might THINK someone of a certain "class" would (or should) be.
like if a very wealthy person is just having a crappy day and decided to pick up their laundry from the cleaners in their lawn mowing clothes...well, then the dry cleaner might think they are the help and may treat them like garbage.

if the Impoverished lack it..it's because they can't AFFORD it. *clean clothes, shoes, and hygiene products cost money* if you can't buy these things how the heck can you have good anything...let alone good hygiene, I'm sure they are more worried about what to feed their child from day to day, rather than if their soap and clothes are designer!

What? I don't think so...I think everyone should have good hygiene. I think good hygiene comes from how you were raised. Educated parents will teach their kids to have good hygiene. I think the impoverish lack it. You can be coming from a middle class family to practice it. You don't have to be an elite person to practice good hygiene. It's also a personal thing...So I could be wrong???

Good hygiene is the most important thing in the world to me!!! it's funny--I tend to be a bit messy when it comes to my surroundings, but with my body cleanliness is the ultimate in importance. Smelling good, having clean nails, good breath, and clean hair are VERY important.
