Two schools of thought. One says that it is the same as the speed of light because dark rushes away at the same rate. The other claims that dark is slightly faster than light and is actually pulling the light along.
I believe that there is a school of thought that says that light is a 'dark sucker' so, for example, when a bulb is operated it sucks away all the dark leaving light. But they're just silly.

Scince the moon gets its light from the sun. I would say it is the same. It takes the same amount of time to see the sun during the day as it does to see the moon at night,,,They are the same at the rate of the speed of light
