My 2002 galant has a horn that is stuck on. How do I replace the switch with out activating the airbag?

Sounds more like a bad relay to me. The relay should be located near/in the same place as your fuses.

sound like a relay in not sure of the car but find it replace it your problem may solved

go to walmart or meijar's and buy a repair book for your model of car it will tell you anything you want to know and then you can go from there

You MUST disconnect your battery.
