I am sexually active and my period isnt due for another week but my husband and I are very cautious about using a condom. Although last week I was on a diet pill for two days and experienced nasuea and headaches so I quit. Now Im gettin these pains!!!!

It could be severe constipation. Are you bloated? Sometimes if there hasn't been a bowel movement for several days, you will get pains in the abdomen and it will feel hard.

It is likely that the diet pills you took caused constipation.If you are having pain and your lower abdomen is hard,it is likely constipation and needs to be dealt with right away or it could become severe.

Which side is it on? It could be your appendix, which is bad. Get checked out just in case, if it bursts you will be in a world of hurt and get a bad infection. Go to the ER to find out for sure. And I know it's tempting to try to use diet pills, but they really do more harm than good.

It could be a vast variety of things from a cyst, to a tumor, to diverticulitus, etc. Go to a doctor and get a correct diagnosis.

You must as soon as possible go to a gyn doctor for consulting maybe you havre an internal infection in your womb.
