You can't get rid of it that fast. Try a concealer.

Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask twice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your cleanser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face and take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. What works for one person might not work for others. Using witch hazel as an astringent also helps some people. I know the baking soda will get your skin noticeably smooth right after you do it.
I do the baking soda thing right after work on MWF. I do the Mary Kay micro dermobrasion twice a week and Loreal Adult Acne Peel twice a week. My skin was breaking out like everyday, but now it is looking great and the spots are almost gone!

We have found that acne in general responds well to a home remedy taught to me by a friend from Guatemala: At night before bed, pour about a Tbsp of sugar into the palm of your hand and add just enough lemon juice to make a paste. Massage the paste in a circular motion (not too hard, you don't want to abrade the skin!) over the affected areas to slightly exfoliate. Then, let the paste sit for about 30 seconds, rinse off and pat dry. Do this each night. For my son's very oily and football/baseball-sweat aggravated acne we switch the sugar to salt. I can honestly tell you that he notices improvement the very first morning when he does this. Hope this helps! At least it's not expensive to try : )

The best thing you can do is put antibacterial ointment on the pimple. Neosporin is OK but Bactroban is the absolute best ointment to use. It wont vanish overnight but you will notice that a significant amount of healing has taken place during that time.
Don`t use toothpaste or lemon juice or any of that "miracle" acne stuff. You can put it on overnight but it will more than likely become infected an even more swollen since those kinds of things really irritates the already damaged skin.

Unfortunately you can't get rid of it in one day, 3 - 7 days is usually the max.
Mary Kay has a great line. Proactive is good, too.
Good luck.
