Get over it, there are people still grieving. People grieve at different rates and if you didn't have someone in the buildings, a lot of other people did. When a few more tragedy's occur, they will go on to something else.

No. I'm not tired of hearing about it. We can never say or do enough to honor the heros who ran into that building that day. Most of them knew they were going to die but ran up those stairs anyway! I've asked myself a thousand times if I could have done the same. Lucky for me, I'll never have to find out. Besides honoring the heros, we can never look hard enough at the things we did wrong that led us to that day. Only by examining our history do we avoid the same mistakes in the future.

I agree with you. It was like when they arrested that dude in connection to the JonBenet Ramsey murder. The media seems to get a hold of one story and that is all they talk about forever. I can't wait until about next week when they will be done talking about ti for another year. We aren't going to forget what happened if they don't talk about it all 24 hours every anniveresy.

I got rid of television shortly after 9/11, and it has saved me from a lot of the nonsense that the media says about it.

I haven't watched any TV today. I read the 360 blogs of my friends and that is enough for me.
This is the fifth anniversary and something we should never forget, however it affected you.
