Where can I find rare DVDs? NO EBAY or AMAZON!?

I've been looking forever for "Arizona Dream" on region 1 dvd and i'd do anything to have it. Amazon has it, but only on region 2. Yes, I am aware that ebay has it on region 1, but i cannot use ebay.
are there any web sites out there that carry rare dvds such as this one on region 1 format?
