I've heard that when you visit a hospital that you need to clean your nose with alcohol on a q-tip so as not to bring home any bacteria you may have caught there. So alcohol is ok to clean the nose with. And before a cold season if you use vasaline in your nose, in most cases it will keep you from getting a cold or the flu. Anyway, keep your nose clean.

Usually it has to do with the hair folicles inside the nose. These hair folicles can trap dirt and cause black heads as well as ingrown hairs. There's are other resons, but for the most part, those are why?
You're not a coccaine user are you? If so, there's a whole multitude of nasal problems that can arise from such usage. For this, consult your physician.

I've never had sores in my nose but I would suspect that they are from infected hairs within the nose.

I don't get sores in my nose. But it could be leprosy so get it checked out.

Not 2-b rude....but I think u either pick it or snort illict drugs. Maybe if u got some methamphetamine cut with drain-o. YIKES! GO get it checked out asap!
