Extreemly offensive!
It is used to describe dark skinned people and people of mixed race ( non-white),Mud is concidered dirty.
So calling someone a mud race implies that they are filthy or less than human.
where are you anyway why your could not figure it out?

Mixed race like Mulatto or sometime used to describe Indians or Arabs or anyone not "white" or "black". I don't think it's used for Asians tho.
Very offensive.
