Here is the deal. I work as a bursar for a college. Im in my late 30's. I am married. There are about 3 college age girls (20 - 22) that individually stop me and talk to me. Each smile all the time. I thought I was seeing things, but it happens several times a week. They are in the same sorority or something. They are very friendly and touch little things on me like my ties, tie pin, lapel pins. etc. Two of them smile A LOT all the time at me and whenever they see me they run over and have a conversation. I smile and stuff too, but just to be polite. Are these girls hittin on me? They know I am married, but it seems like they are flirting in a way. What can all this mean? I'm flattered I think, but whats going on? How do communicate that I'm flattered but that's it. Can I still be friendly?

Be careful of those young girls. They are out of control nowadays. Cut your conversation short with these girls. They are up to something. When i was that age I didn't care if a man was married. If I was interested I would do anything to get his attention. Now that I'm married I would have to beat somebody down trying to do something like that. I understand that you are trying to be friendly, but to a young girl you smiling at them means that you are interested. Please keep me posted of the outcome of this. Take care.

They are flirting hard. Alot of girls that age dont care if your married and will ruin you. Stay away and be weary, They can always turn the table and say you were harrassing them. Stop being so friendly because it may bite you in the *** and you will end up jobless.

I would say exactly that to each of them or get them all together and say it to all at once . It sounds like they are messing with you to see how much of an effect they can have on you . Young women can be very conniving and mean . Nip it in the bud.!!!!!!!

Late thirties? Are you sure? Since you want women only to answer, why not ask your WIFE?
