My husband says South Beach is a nude beach; I say he's wrong. Anyone have any clue??

Just got back, must wear suit, tiny as it can be. People do walk around scantily dressed, even on Ocean Drive, showtime!!!!

He's right. Topless is completely accepted for woman all along South Beach, and Haulover Beach, which is immediately adjacent to the general South Beach area, is a legal nude beach.
There's also a great and completely legal nude beach on Long Island (NY) where I go. It's called Lighthouse Beach and it's in Suffolk County on the Atlantic Ocean, just west of Robert Moses State Park. It's my favorite place to get naked during the summer.

Miami Beach is not nude, but it is topless. The nude beach in south Florida is on the north section of Haulover Beach just south of Sunny Isles.

South beach is not a nude beach. You can walk around naked if you want, but it's just a beach. I say, your right.

No, it's not officially a nude beach but a lot of women do go topless. It's actually against the law but most policemen let it go - I guess they like the view!

You and your husband are wrong. There are spots on So Beach you wish they would put their clothing on...well cause it hurts the eyes...and yes, there are places where topless sun bathing is common...and then there is just S. Beach....where anything goes...

Clothing is optional, its not a "nude beach" but you can go topless.
