They are going to make it available for all the free education expenditure of centre and states.To open new schools and colleges etc and to help poor children to study and eat.
But the doctors coming out getting free education are stopping the progress of medical education by limiting the seats by advising the administrators not to go in for expansion in a country of more than 100 crore people

Govt. needs excuses to impose taxes. So it coined the term education cess. If the avowed purpose of tax collection was to spend it on education, does it mean govt. had no duty to spend on education before imposition of this cess came. They will just juggle figures to show that this amount has been spend on education, whereas same amount was being spent earlier from general pool. It will be a good idea to seek information on the subject under Right to Information Act.

The ministers are getting education with this cess: how to eduate their near and dears. What more they can do with this meagre cess? What do you expect from them when the whole system is rotten?

filling the pockets of politicans,............
and the cess amt or any other amount collected by the govt is not used properly for a particular cause.
