The girls will tell you animal guru, the guy will tell you circus entertainer. Personally I thought his personality showed through on the screen. That his real love was to preserve wild life for generations to come. This is a question that only you can answer for yourself. You shouldn't care what others think-Steve Irwin didn't. He did what he loved.

he was a professional, he managed a zoo, run many wildlife projects and he devoted himself to telling people a message about animals, as strong message as he could. not "just" entertainer. although i must say i didnt like the Croc Hunter very much. but i loved every bit of the rest.
