Clinton was impeached by the House but acquitted by the Senate
Nixon was impeached by the House but resigned rather than face trial in the Senate.

clinton was never impeached there was talk about for lying to the nation but they never did for having a rationship or coming on to her she sued as I remember and the last presesident that was impeached was nixon which was the watergate scam that was awful too some of the people went to prison for it and it illegal to tape record anyone. A present can not even get by with and that what happen a lot of people went to prison because of it and present ford took over and parden nixon that why he didn't go to jail. it was bad time for our country that the story.

The only president to actually be impeached was Andrew Johnson.
Nixon ended up resigning because of Watergate.
Clinton should have been.

Yes, Slick Willie was the last. And, Nixon was never impeached. You guys have no grasp of historical reality.
Impeached is to presidents what indicted is to the rest of us. It is followed by a trial, at which a person can be found guilty or acquitted.

Richard Nixon was the last one impeached by both houses. (I think...)
