i do i hate sting rays

I didn't know him so I can't say that I miss him, but I do think his passing was unfortunate.

Steve will be missed...yes and I have been stung by a Stingray I caught in Florida. If you look at mypage you will see my pics of me fishing in Florida. That evening I caught a Stingray about 3 foot long and the tail thrashed me on the leg and I got pricked by the stinger very lightly...thank God it didn't go in deep, but the pain is unbearable. Some guys on a Jet Ski saw what happen and come to my aid. Stingrays are bad muthas. I was lucky and the pain was enough and subsided in a few hours and sore after that, but as for Steve,getting hit directly in the heart. I can only imagine based on my experienced how much pain that was.

Yes, I miss him, but don't hate sting rays for it. The ray was only being a ray...it wasn't being hateful.

I do. I feel he did a lot as far as education, preservation, and it's sad that he is gone.
I do miss him, and hate knowing that when I do get out to Australia, I will never have the opportunity to meet and thank him for all he does.

Oddly enough I do even though I did not personally know him. I keep feeling so bad about the way he passed, but then I realize he probably wouldn't have wanted it any other way. He was with animals at the time and that was who he was. I feel such sympathy for his family and friends left behind.

as much as i think his death was very sad and tragic i dont think people will realise exactly how much his going to be missed as yet.......the amount of work and financial contribution to wildlife conservation will become more evident as time goes on.
i just hope that someone somehow will pick up where he left off and continue his great legacy.

ya sure! Steven iwin is a great man with respect and honor. it is really a big lost not only to his family but also in us to. and for me as of the man i admire most, i will keep him alive in my memory.because i idolized him most.

I dont miss him because I never really watched his shows but I dont think anyone ever deserves to die the way he did .

i wasnt a fan but i was sad when he died cause we was well known. but cant miss a stranger
