How do I go about being a motivational speaker?

1. Have something motivational to say.
2. Say it.
A. Take a public speaking class at a community college or adult school (I'm assuming you are out of school).
B. Joint the "Toastmasters" or other group that gives you practice in speaking before an audience (it's tougher than you think.)
C. After you've gotten some practice, volunteer to speak at a meeting of a local civic group.
D. Go to your town council meeting and comment on local issues.

What field of a speaker? There's several and that, hope you checked local colleges and to an employment agency!
