The Monarch won't fly, so I surrounded it with all the flowers in my garden and just stands there and stares at me.

Monarchs drink nectar from many different flowers. The larvae only eat milkweed which makes them and the adult butterfly taste bad so they are not eaten.

Be advised, it may be dying. But as far as I know Monarchs go after nectar, just like hummingbirds. There may be some specific flowers that they go after. Best way to find that out is to do a simple Internet search on Monarch Butterflies.

Hm. The larvae eats milkweed, but I don't think milkweed has any flowers... |:-\ Maybe it's just not hungry.
