I was in high school the last time the Detroit Lions won a championship back in 1956. Do you think I will live long enough to see them win another? I doubt it. Ever since Ford bought the lions it has been a second class team.

They suck. They will continue to suck until somebody else buys the team and fires Millen. Looks like linebackers don't make good GM's.

You are probably right. But who knows, anything is possible. I'm not looking for the Lions to make the playoffs this year. It's hard to say something will never happen. If the Lions show improvement for a couple of years, then maybe we can begin to feel it is possible to win a championship again.

I hate people who complain that the red sox never win or the cubs. Look at the lions and that should make them feel much better.
