No, wireless cards operate on 2.4 GHz frequencies. Radio (FM) is between 88 and 108 MHz, and AM is on 540-1400 KHz. Besides that, they are totally different technologies.

not at all, unless you use wireless network to connect to internet, then you can visit www.comfm.com. and listen to any radio station you need

No. Only way is if they are streaming their broadcast to their web page and you have their web page in your browser.
