one of my breast is swollen and painful?

I would make an appointment with the gynocologist, especially if you feel a lump. It is possible that it could be a cyst. But if you are on your period it's usually common for your breasts to feel more sore and to swell a little

See a doctor right away it may be nothing but worrying about it can cause you stress. Have you started your menses, if not it just may be the onset but it is better to discuss these things with your doctor, if you don't have a doctor go to a clinic. Don't take chances even if the symptom goes away I think you should let a professional know. OK? Take care of yourself.

Go see a doc for a check-up. It's difficult to diagnose what's going on with you without proper testing.
