No. There is way too much "loss" involved for individuals & society.

It should be legal.
The sex business has been around longer than any other profession. It is a religious thing about whether it is right or wrong. And whether it is right or wrong should remain a religious thing and in America there should be no mixing of church and state. Therefore it is illegal to legislate against prostitution

Yes indeed. Making it illegal has never slowed its proliferation, as a criminal offense, it takes up the time of both the police and the courts trying to enforce a law that curtails nothing, until it's legalized and regulated, it will remain a breeding ground for exploitation, drug addiction, and disease, and, once it's legalized and controlled, pimps and organized crime will no longer be able to profit from it tax free.

I don't there should be prostitution, but on the other hand I wonder if it would stop the child molestation and rapes if were to be made legal.

Yes. When something is illegal it goes underground which makes it dangerous for the clients and service providers and also the general public surrounding the areas where it's hiding. If there are legalised brothels around (we have some in my city) the whole situation becomes safer and regulated with testing, and safe areas for it to occur. That makes it better for the workers, clients and society at large.

No. People are selling their bodies for money. They are also making the chances of people to get STD's much higher. If it were legal more people would do it and more people would become one. I wouldn't be surprised if eventually everyone had an STD if it were to become legal.

I do! Why not! If two or more consenting adults want to buy or sell azz, they should have a right to! If the government could ever learn that you can't legislate morality we would all be better off!

Keep it the way it is. In Nevada only. It has worked so far. No reason to go any further with it. No need to freak out the people in the MidWest.
