With regard to football ... the "red tops" are renown for this sort of thing ... build the team up and place them on a pedestal but the slightest stumble and they find something derogatory to say. Fall from a great height and they are the biggest villains in the world!! So, they lost to Germany ... we really didn't think they would repeat the 2001 scoreline, did we? But the papers will find something to blame it on ... I bet Ashley Cole didn't say anything like that ... but the Sun will turn anything around. So, the players had a few drinks and laughs ... excuse me but what happens after a funeral ... you have a wake! This was nothing like a funeral - it was a dismal display of non-footballing skills with a really bad refereeing decision thrown in for good (or bad) luck! Lots more will come out about why and how England lost this match over the next few weeks and then it will be chip wrappers!! IMO - too much was put upon Rooney being the saviour of English Football, personally I don't rate him that highly. JT was supposed to bring the morale of the team down ... I don't think so! He just said it as it was! OK so I am biased being a Chelsea supporter but I think the FA seriously need to consider the new talent which is coming through and bring in an English Manager! There are plenty of youngsters out there! Rant over!

england is my favourite football/soccer team
i think they should have matches with hard teams like:Brazil,Argentina,Germany,France,Italy....the teams which are like them

because of their coach Sven's lack of planning, tactics, and I really think ..in his heart..he had no desire to see england win...and the players' over-confidence..
