don't use a wire brush! Easy off oven cleaner the original brand, spray, let sit a few, wipe, repeat if necessary. Clean with clear water till oven cleaner residue is gone, clean window! Won't hurt the glass!

Hopefully there is something here you can use. Scroll down to the list of treated surfaces.

SNAP® Heavy Duty Concentrate was originally designed for industrial use. SNAP Heavy Duty Concentrate is the perfect cleaning product for those extra tough household chores and is safe for any surface. SNAP Heavy Duty Concentrate is economical and will out-perform any other cleaning products you might use. It can be used as a degreaser, oven cleaner, stain remover, floor cleaner and steam carpet cleaner. It will also remove glue from Formica® and clean grills, ducts, pipes, fans, aluminium surfaces, stripping and much more.

This versatile cleaner dissolves instantly in water. And although it is five times stronger than other heavy-duty products, SNAP Heavy Duty Concentrate will not burn like solvents and requires no special handling or equipment. When you have a heavy duty-cleaning job, use the product that does the job for you: SNAP Heavy Duty Concentrate.
