The Lesiure Suite Larry titles are pretty dirty. GTA series aren't really dirty: violent but not dirty.
That game God of War actually has some titties in it, first video of the game, but I haven't seen too much of it.

The Man Game, the whole idea was to uncover pictures of boobs. How could people think that it was GTA, even if you go by the AO version of San Andreas keep in mind that you have to use a third party thing to unlock something the developers did lock. Also that was a minor thing in the game

Duke Nukem 3D... but it's got some pretty bad graphics so I'll have to go with Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas because I heard that it was getting an AO rating... Adults Only!

Dead or Alive: Xtreme Beach Volleyball.
You can dress 'em up anyway you want to.
The "bounce" physics is kicked up a notch.
