I had horrible stretching during my last trimester.

Honestly, there's no way to stop it. It's just your body making room for your baby.

To relieve the pain you can try soaking in a warm (not hot) bath or try taking Tylenol. Past that, there's really not a whole lot you can do about it. Sorry.

Sorry but there is no way to make is stop. Your body is tryn to adjust to having a baby growing inside. The best thought I can give is it rest. That will maybe help with the pain. Goodluck and CONGRATS

Oh yes! I remember those pains clearly! They are called round ligament pains and it's just your ligaments stretching because your baby and uterus are getting bigger.

The only thing you can do for them is to take some Tylenol, but personally Tylenol didn't work for me. I just had to wait for them to stop after about 2 weeks.

YES!! I am having these right now. and I was getting so upset and scared that something was wrong with my baby!!! But my doctor too, assured me that I was just stretching and the baby was fine and growing! It does hurt alot, I usually just take tylenol. Good luck!!!
