heating pads didnt work for me, the pill helped a whole lot, and whatever pain meds you find work the best for you. everyone is different though.

Well before I got knocked up, the thing that would help me is a hot shower and a nap! That is a great stress buster!

heating pad, pain killers , if that doesn't work go see your doctor to rule out anything else you might not know about

warm bath, Pamprin, and/or heating pad. Also lay on your left side. If they're really bad, ask ur gyno to prescribe something.

lay on a heating pad tummy down the pressure on my stomache always worked for me.. or if they are really bad you could consider getting on ortho tri cyclin its taken almost all my cramps away.

hot tea, mineral ice, lavender essential oil
Hot tea is also good for bloating Chammomile is the best, it is calming and helps you relax so the cramps are not as bad
