These are all amino acids.
Why are you drinking this stuff? Most people have no use for all that extra whatever -- you can get amino acids from eating meat, y'know.
(*lol* Someone else noticed about the taurine in cat food... It's in the vitamins we give our cat.)

proline is what protein comes from
creatine helps supply energy to muscles
taurine does't really do much, but it's abundant in most forms of cat food as it is essential for cat health
