I did but not too often. Maybe once in two-three years or so. Deja vu doesn't depend on age. It is a moment when you see something that you may have seen before.

Some scientists say that it is due to some difference in the speed of perception of the two parts of our brains:LEFT and RIGHT. Somehow, the perceived information travels right into the memory bin in an instant and the cognitive side percieves it as a memory rather than a current happening. It is all biochemistry.
However, they still don't know what factors cause brain activity to speed up so much during deja vu. It must be something special, then... :)
Maybe: destiny? Or: love?
Keep guessing.
What did you have deja vu about?

I've experienced long term deja vu. Something happens in the present, and I'm certain I've seen the same thing at least a couple months before. The exact same thing.

everyone experiences deja vu at least once in their life wheater their 2 or 82. it is nothing to be worried about. i have deja vu all the time sometimes a few times in a day it just depends on who you are.

deja vu- describes the experience of feeling that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously.

it could simply mean you have done something before. sometimes you dream about things that might happen (like a death) (don't ask me how, have no idea) so something in your dream you do something that might have happened to you in real life after you dreamed it. it is normal nothing to sweat about.

It happens all the time. when it happens keep a journal of them if you can. There are different oppinions as to why this happens. Sylvia brown says that its the brains way of letting us know we are on the right path. Our life is written by our soul before we ar born and this feeling is a reminder of that. I like that explanation only because some of my journal entries have panned out ( so to speak) Its happened alot to me. I'm 34 and have them still and remember them once I'm in the spot again.( or sitaution) But the best thing to do is to keep a journal and whenit happens again...write it down...Its a normal thing to experience. If other spiritual things happen to you then start to read some of her books. It will help you u nderstand what is happening...

A lot of times I have a dream about something simple; like I look at my car and see a flat tire. Then I will actually find the tire flat and me looking at it just like in my dream. I reckon that is like a warning, or something

Quite often, but much more when I was younger. It's just a miss firing of brain transmitters.
