Because he is a male raised in the current non- matriarchal type society (in other words patriarchal) he considers you his property (sort of....in an unconscious sort of way.) Basically he doesn't respect you. And feels, perhaps, that you not being divorced yet, owe him some service. The thing is, husband or not, if he is crossing boundaries; remember your rights!

Men are wired differently than women. With women, it is all about emotional connection which doesn't apply during a divorce. With men though, it is about the act. Until you say 'no, never again', he will think that there is still a chance that the answer might be yes. Of course, we don't know the details of your divorce, so for all we know, it could be that he is trying to get back with you, or really doesn't believe you are trying to divorce him. Some people can be pretty oblivious to matters of the heart.

Sex to a guy married or not is just sex. He still wants the intimacy in the bedroom but does not want the other things that there is to offer in the daily life of marriage. If you do not feel comfortable having sex while you are divorcing, I suggest you just stop.

I know of lots of couples that have tried to have a purely sexual relationship after breaking up and it just doesn't work. One partner is usually more emotionally involved than the other and so get hurt or the messages get mixed up.I myself could never have had sex with my ex after I left him ,yes he did ask but I would have been sending the message to him that there was hope (he wanted to get back together) no matter how many times he said he understood ,I now know he really would have been hurt ,also it prolongs the breakup and there for the pain ,clean cuts heal faster.PS we are now both happily married to different people.

Cause he still wants power over u. You need to move on and not give him any sex.
Let him find sex elsewhere. Get a divorce and find a man that will treat u with respect.

If you have sex with him while you are getting a divorce and one of you says something to the lawyer or judge the divorce is void and you have to start all over again.

Because he's horny, Just say no. Divorce sucks, but if the decision has been made to go through with it, then do it and he is on his own. Do NOT give him and poontang otherwise you'll never be free of him.

My husband did that **** too.. I hated it!! it felt like games and because I would let him, he felt that **** was ok?! Hell no, if your leaving him for reals, get him out of your house ASAP! or go away from him. If you have kids involved, ask for someone to help you. Or even find a local church to help out too. I hated that feeling and it just made me even more mad at myself then anything.. Dont do that to yourself.

Often the only place people get along in a marriage without arguing is in bed. Perhaps it is his hope that you will change your mind once you remember the good part of your marriage.
