My webcam is being really slow and i cant get to to go faster anymore. Its a EZCam III

It is probably not your webcam.
Here are some things that will cause it to be slow
1) slow internet ... i.e. dial up
2) limited bandwidth ... if you are on a network
3) not enough RAM (should have at least 512mb), also try a ram recover utility like freemem
Check those things out.
Also, check for spyware.
And, a note .. I have noticed internet, specifically yahoo, but others too, being very slow today.

Are you using broadband, DSL or dial up ?
