Strap size: Measure under your breast with a measuring tape, and add 5 to what you get. For example if it says 31 inches, add 5 and that becomes 36). If it's like 28 and you add 5, and it says 33, you round up, so it's 34, because measurements come in even numbers.
Cup size: Measure around at where you're breasts are fullest (normally the nipple area), and subtract your frame size from your bust size. Say you measure around that area, you get 34, and you measured your frame size and it was 31 (without the 5!), that's 34-31 which is 3. 3 inches is roughly a C cup, but sometimes you might find that a B is more comfortable.
Roughly estimating, the 1" difference is A, 2" B, 3" C, 4" D, 5" DD, and well you know. Below 1" is AA/-A. You should wear AA/-A bras even if you think it's pointless (you don't want guys to see your *ahem* nipples through your shirt).
For female hygiene, ask a motherly or female figure around you. It's that time of the month. Pads, tampons, etc. Pads are preferred, you can get a disease from tampons, so just use pads.
If that bra stuff was too confusing for you, it's okay, just go to a lingerie store like Victoria's Secret, they have professionals there who can do it for you because 80% of women tend to wear the wrong bra size (that includes those who wear a smaller or bigger size because it's more comfortable and also those whom don't know their size).
Girls normally experience puberty pretty early (opposed to males whom start at about 14-16) around the age 8 or 9 to as late as 14-16 (yes sometimes girls can be late bloomers, everyone is different). Girls normally start a few months to even a year before their first period, their first period is when they're body is ready to give birth (but they really aren't at first). If you still have your mother, grandmother, aunt, or someone, a female, that is close to you and is older than you, they can explain it to you.

If you want you waist and breasts measured, go to Victorias Secret; they'll do it for you. If not ask your mom to measure with a tape measure.
Breast can grow in general from 10-18. Mine started growing when I was 9 and have continued to do so!
Female Hygiene is like taking care of your body and being clean.

Bra: Measure below the bust and across (in inches). Add 5 to the below bust measurement and that is the strap size. Then subtract the difference in strap and bust measurement for the cup size.
Range: Between 8 and 14. (don't worry about it much)
Female hygiene: How females wash and regularly take care of themselves. (Deoderant, pads/tampons, etc.)

here are weasy steps to measure your bust size / bra size
Step #1: Band Measurement
Measure under your arms, high on your back, around the top of your chest. If this measurement is an even number, then this is your band size. If this measurement is an odd number, then add 1" to determine your band size. Record that number, you'll need it for step 3.
Step #2: Cup Measurement
While wearing your favorite supportive, comfortable bra, measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Record that number, you’ll need it in a sec.
Step #3: Do the Math
Subtract your band measurement from your cup measurement; each inch represents a cup size. For example: if your band measurement is 34" and your cup measurement is 36", then the difference between these measurements is two inches, and you'd wear a B-cup.
1-inch difference A Cup
2-inch difference B Cup
3-inch difference C Cup
4-inch difference D Cup
5-inch difference DD Cup
6-inch difference DDD Cup
7-inch difference DDDD Cup
8-inch difference FF Cup
9-inch difference G Cup
10-inch difference H Cup
11-inch difference I Cup
12-inch difference J Cup

you can go to a thrft store and get a measureing tape for clothes. you wrap it around yourself and see how wide or whatever you are.
age range doesn't matter. everyone is different. when they grow, they grow. you'll know when they do.
and hygiene...where deoderant all of the time, you can wear perfume sometimes, but dont overdue it. keep your teeth brushed, your hair combed and clean, and try to shower daily.
makeup helps, but try not to wear too much of it or else you won't look too good. any other questions, you can contact me at
mowtown_90@sbcglobal.net
good luck and remember that everyone is different. we all develope differently. so if someone is giving you a rough time, saying you arae so flat and tney are so big, chances are you'll probably end up bigger than them latter on.

To measure yourself for a bra size (I'm guessing that's what you want). Click on this link: http://www.victoriassecret.com/moreinfo/brasize.cfm
For when your boobs start to grow it can be as early as like 4th grade, although in general it starts around 7th and 8th grade, and as late as like never for some women. It's normal for them to continue to grow throughout your life.
Feminine hygiene is just what it's called when you keep yourself clean when you go through puberty and start having a period. There will be lots of different discharges coming from there. You need to make sure you bathe and keep those parts clean to avoid infections and bad smells. And you will start using different products like pads, tampons, etc.
Good luck with growing up. I hope this helps.

Here...maybe this site will help you.. its a bunch of information for young girls...
http://agirlsworld.com/rachel/girls-guide/index.html
but I'll try to answer your questions...
You measure your waist and breast using a tape measure... if you don't have one... you can't.
Second question ... 11 - FOREVER (pregnancy makes them grow, getting older makes the grow down...) but typically you stop growing at around 18...
Feminine Hygiene... keeping yourself clean down below... you don't really have to do too much because it self cleans... but, wash with a rag and soap, don't go inside because you can get infections... breast don't need to be washed with soap (you can if you want, but it doesn't really matter... soap sometimes makes n*pples dry out and flake... but not usually...)

for the waist measure at the belly button, and they grow as they want to, I had a friend that grew huge breasts one summer in High school all natural. hygiene is taking care of smell. keep clean, bath daily, and change your under ware daily. arm pits get stinky as you get older too, so put on deodorant.

Sorry, this is additional stuff for your starting middle school question. For fashion, make up, and stuff you wanna look natural, not like a hooker or a poser. For make up I'd stick to cover up, mascara, and lip gloss. For fashion, wear stuff you like, if you want a little something extra add a cool bracelet. For school work, its hard, but not unbearably hard. Ask your teachers for help if you need it. They chose the career so they don't mind it, they want you to succeed. I started middle school this year also. Please don't be anorexic! Have you seen Nicole Richie lately?! Its disgusting! For boys, trust me, at most middle schools there are over a thousand kids, one of them is bound to like you. They actually usually think its cute if mees up or trip in front of them (but dont go overboard) Mainly, follow your instinct, do your work, and have fun! If you have any other questions or if there is anything else you want to know you can e-mail me at xmichelle_my_bellex@yahoo.com
