I'm 16 and only just grew armpit hair this summer. I still don't have much. I show no sign of any facial hair. My voice STILL cracks all the frigging time. I haven't gained any muscle (other than the litte that I have gained by working out). I feel like I have been waiting and waiting for puberty to speed up so that I can be as developed as the other guys my age. I basically have the body of a 13 year-old! It's really getting me down. Can anyone relate or give me advice on how to speed things up?

Just give it time - it will happen.

Watch, in 5 years you'll be that supermodel on E! Entertainment saying that you were the skinny, underdeveloped kid when you were 16 and everyone watching will be like, 'Yeah right, that guy was never like that. Why do all supermodels claim to be that way as kids. WTF!?'

Trust me, you'll probably be glad you waited and didn't use enhancement drugs to speed up the process.

sounds to me like your just getting started. So what if you were a little late? alot of folks are. Look at it this way in probably less than a years time youll add some weight (muscle) gain some height, your voice will lower and even out, youll grow body hair and the girls will start noticing you more. and the best thing about HS is everyone is young and has poor memory. To them once you reach maturity itll be to them as if youve always been that way. Have fun, take your vitamins and dont stress yourself out with it. HS is not that important of a time.

Not much you can do to speed things up. Your just a late bloomer so to speak, and you may just have a quick metabolism and skinny body type. If your working out that's a good thing, if you like you can take some protein powder to help build bigger muscles, but as for hair there is nothing you can do. Besides under arm hair stinks and shaving every day or growing a beard both suck.

You can't speed it up, this is a genetic thing from your family. The best thing to do is ask your parents if there were other family members that are like yourself. Also race as a lot to do with it too. By any chance are you part South East Asian, or Native Indian?

Young men mature at different ages ... typically anywhere between 12 and 18. Sounds like you might be a "late bloomer" but you are perfectly normal. Give it time and don't worry. This time next year you will be all deep-voiced and manly, I'm sure!

You can't speed up but you can do lots of things to increase your body weight. That's the one way you can do to your self. Eat healthy & fat food in order to grow up. Play sports such as basket ball & soccer to keep healthy body. I think doing this may gain weight that looks like 16 years old.

you cant really speed them up but you can help them along keep working out and push your limits up about once a week by 5~10% this will help lay great ground work for when your testoterone really kicks in. your just a late bloomer nothing to worry about somethings just take time.
