Compound W Freeze Off is now available over the counter. Just like the dermotologists would do but charge $$$ in the office. One time application should do it. I would cover the wart with duct tape too until it falls off ....sounds weird but tried & true.

Easy. Most over the counter wart medicines are 4-40% salicyclic acid. Asprin is 100% salicyclic acid. Wet an asprin in warm water, rub it on on the wart until a white film covers the wart, then tape the remaining asprin over the wart, securing it with duct tape. You may have to do this for a coulple of weeks but it works, I'll attest to that. Apply the treatment at bedtime and remove it in the morniong. This takes a few weeks, but is super effective. I've been doing this for my boys for a while and my friend, a PA in a dermatology practice, tells her patients who hav e no rsults from freezing this regieme.
Good luck..

There are many types of warts (at least 60 known types). It sounds like yours could be a "flat/common" wart. Common warts can be flat or slightly raised, dry or moist, or have a rough or pitted surface, it could be the same color as or slightly darker than the surrounding skin. They can be as small as a pinhead or as big as a bean. Common wart typically do not cause pain or itchy. They are highly contagious and can be spread when picked at. To remove common warts, try crushing a garlic clove and apply it directly on the wart. Cover it with a bandage and leave it in place for 24 hours. Blisters should then form, and wart should fall off in about a week. Also supplement with immune boosting herbs and vits. Astragulus, garlicaloe vera, vit c..Good Luck!

Old Irish remedy: Cut a potato into quarters, each day rub a quarter of the potato on the wart for a minute or so....then you are supposed to save all the parts of the potato and bury them in your backyard, I didn't do that part, I just threw them in the trash, but it still worked. The wart will diminish a little bit each day.

When we were kids and we had any warts on our hands etc... we literally bought the warts of each other (we bought them off each other for 2 cents back then) and yes, it worked everytime. By the way it doesn't mean that the person buying the warts will actually get warts themselves, it doesn't work that way.

I know this sounds really strange but duck tape worn on your wart for several days will smother it. Used it on my daughter it worked. The wart is alive it's a virus and the tape will smother it and keep it from spreading. It may get really ugly and black, it may even get a little bigger but keep it covered until it falls off (a few days if its tough maybe a week)you just have to
