Go to the website below. You can hear former Iraq foreign minister Naji Sabri speaking in English. Scroll down to the title, "Iraqi FM Naji Sabri Speaks Before the UN."

I admire your desire to get it "just right" but unless your audience will largely be arabic I wouldn't worry about it. Just do a generic arabic accent. It's unlikely that they will know the difference. However a quick Google search did turn up this interesting looking site
