i want a boob job?

i been wanting a boob job since the age of 15 im now 18 and dont know to go about it i want then to be made smaller please advice me in what to do xx

First, you need to find a plastic surgeon who works with reductions.

Also, your insurance will more than likely not cover any part of the costs unless your doctor can prove there is a medical necessity for your having the surgery, so expect a couple thousand dollars out of pocket. Most surgeons are going to require that that amount be paid upfront before they will perform the reduction.

I used to also want this done, and let me tell you, try to wait it out a few more years. Some people lose breast tissue after they have children, and that may take care of your issue. Sometimes surgery can affect how you are able to, if at all, nurse your kids. I know you probably aren't thinking of that yet, but it will be an important decision and wouldn't it be terrible if you didn't have the choice? You may also learn to love them. Research the pros and cons of getting breast reduction sergury. If your breast are starting to give you back pains some insurance covers the expenses. If you just want them smaller still look up the pros and cons because thats a major decision. Going under the knife is risky business

Well you need insurance to do it & you need 2 find a doctor that does this I'd never do it my neighbor had a boob job & years later black gunk was leaking from her boobs & now she has no boobs and it looks nasty you can see where they cut her it's omg wouldn't go thru it.
