I think that happiness is a state of mind.

Although many chemicals can stimulate the brain and trigger happiness and/or Bliss.

Serotonin
Adrenalin
both of these substances are in our brain and make us feel happy.

If you like old sayings

you are what you eat....

So eat Shrimp (4 Serotonin)

Banana Potassium (vitamin K)

caffeine (coffee or tea)

sugar (and Chocolate)

all of these things can make us feel better, but be careful not to over do it ...

Remember anything in excess can be harmful
and
everything in moderation

We don't make them famous. The celebrity industry does. We are expected to sit back and take it all semi-seriously.

The nature of celebrity is glamour, and a very wise writer called John Berger once defined glamour as 'the happiness of being envied'. Celebrities exist for us to envy them; it helps us to go on being obedient little consumers of expensive crap we don't need.

Of course, we all know that celebrities aren't constantly happy, and yet the fact that their every last deed is written about all the time suggests that there is something massively important about every last thing they do. Most of us would like to feel that what we do is massively important, in spite of the overwhelming evidence that it isn't. That's why we envy celebrities; people who don't know them are interested in them. Nobody who doesn't know us is interested in us.

Mad, isn't it? I find the best thing to do is not read celebrity magazines and not watch crappy TV.
