If it looks like blood streaks then it could be Septicemia which is usually caused by Ammonia poisoning.

Most goldfish are born very dark and lighten with age. If it looks like blood though your should start reducing how much you are feeding. Change 50% of your water with bottled spring water and add salt for freshwater fish.
