No, not directly. But if there were a milk donor kind of scheme going on locally, say in hospital, to help babies with feeding problems, I wouldn't hesitate.
I am not close enough to any other moms to even consider breastfeeding their babies. I think that you would have to have a really special kind of friendship to do this.

Yes..for help with tandem nursing, contact a LaLeche League group in your are.
I believe in giving all my children the best I have to give and they will both reap the benefits from nursing on demand and from child led weaning...there are many psychological benefits to be gained for your older nursing child..some do wean though as the taste and composition of the milk changes with pregnancy and for the new baby and some kids don't like the taste after this happens.
I may have misunderstood this question. If you are talking about another person's child, I would consider it if it was a dire situation.

If I was caring for someone's baby, and the baby wanted nursies, probably. Given that I had permission from the mama.
It seems kinda weird to me, but there's nothing *wrong* with it (and some immunological benefits to the baby from getting immunities from multiple sources) and I'm *way* too lazy to make bottles if I don't have to.

It's called Tandem Nursing...
plenty of people do...
I wouldn't because I don't plan to have children close enough together to be able to do that.... (or breast feed anyone elses child... if I did, it would be through "expressed" milk... meaning, I would put it into a bottle for the child)

very old practice and I think valuable. Seems to me you should be able to sell your serveces. Yourproduct is nutritious, sweet, needed, can be a life time endeavor delivering great nutrition and nurturing to life needing a good healthy start. There might even be some older people interested willing to pay big bucks but lets not go there. If you are selling it do not do it cheap it's value is outstanding. Old practice and good product go for it.

If one needed feeding I guess, I would not just nurse some random baby.

no..it would be weird nursing someone else's baby. it's supposed ot be a special thing between the mother and child, and if you start nursing one or more babies that aren't yours, it won't be as special anymore.
