I don’t think that it is true. Men lie very easily and often about VERY important things.
I think we probably lie equally, but just about different things.
Women justify some kinds of lying since they sometimes believe that the question should not have been asked of them. For example…If a man asks a question that is too personal, some women have no problem lying to such a man since the question itself has offended her. However many people are insecure and do not want confrontation so they will not say that your question was out of line…they will just lie instead.
Women ‘will’ lie when it comes to protocol, especially in the times we are living in since women who assert themselves are called bad names. When they are automatically respected in the world as men are, this will probably stop.

We have learned from the best liars in the world. Men are the best liars to learn from. You guys come up with the lamest lies I have ever heard. Men are just mad because women have learned and can lie better than them. We have to lie to you guys sometimes. Men can stress a woman out. We have children to raise and to be a good role model for. If a man isn't good enough to be around our children, that means that he is only good enough for sex in the middle of the night. Or when the kids are in school. We learned how to lie from men. Deal with it. Don't hate the player, just hate the game. It seems like we had to take over in the responsibility in the family. Think about that.

This is way too subjective. I, as a woman, and the victim of A LOT of lying, think that men definitely lie more, but a man would probably think the opposite. I'm not even sure how you could measure such a thing.
I'm curious how they conducted the survey...

I can go out here to cyberspace and find some study somewhere to support anything I want to promote. That does not make it fact.
Grow up.... you seem to be really young and immature. It shows in your questions.... I have looked at all of them.

The study does not say women lie more than men.... Sorry I fell into that group who did not search all the information available before jumping in.

because when both are asked the same question and he says "yes", of course it's the truth. but she says "yes" too and of course it's a lie...because we ALL know it wasnt good for her as it was for him. so yes we lie more, but then how can we look at those baby blues and tell him he "missed" it AGAIN!!
