Moms if you have children between the ages of 6 months and 12 years old you probably own, have seen, or been to a childrens clothing show such as hannah kate where you can pick your own fabrics. Does anyone know of any online places where they sell items like clothing, bags, bedding, etc. made from vintage or vintage looking fabrics?

well, you can always try e bay. Search for material or fabric.
The following websites have reproduction vintage fabric.
Of course, you can always check out yard sales, Goodwill, Salvation Army etc.
