You need to contact your local Health Department. But good luck trying to close them down it's nearly impossible. They will have a time frame to work with in fixing the problems. After the date they are given has passed if they don't have things taken care of they will be fined accordingly. It takes numerous complaints from a lot of people and quite a long time to get a place shut-down.

I'm not sure if you will succeed in closing the restaurant but if you contact the State Board Of Health and Safety they will investigate your complaint and give them a fixed amount of days to correct the problem and if they don't correct the problem, they will close the business, if they do correct the problem they will remain open but monitored for a while.

Call the health department-if nothing is done-call a local t/v station and write a letter in the editorial section of your local paper.

all of them should be inspected by local Health Dept. Let them know they can make surprise visits or maybe some one is getting paid off under the table!!

check there kitchen. if there are things lying around like garbage and flies everywere and mice or rats. and the staff don't snatize anythign with sanitizer in a bottle. it's very easy to get ti closed down. i knwo i've done it lol.
