There will not be more, but you will likely be itchy as hell.
It will take 2-3 months to grow back.
You mean you shaved at the base of your penis. There is not normally hair on the shaft.
What about the balls? Not all men have hair there.

About 1-2month to grow back.I'm shaved my pubic hair too.
I'm shaved every twice week.It look more clean that way.
