I was in a dump truck going to a little community in Leflore County Oklahoma called Calhoun. I was listening to the radio when the first plane hit. When I pulled into the little store there in Calhoun the second plane had just hit. As I was getting out of the truck, My friend in the truck in front of me was standing on his running board yelling "Are you listing to this". I remember it like it was yesterday.
Tomorrow is another day, You can't help but worry but you can't sit around dwelling on it. If you do it will only consume you. Life must go on. Do I feel safer? No I really dont. I hear about all the people that are crossing our southern borders daily, no that doesnt make me feel safe at all. When you can recall it like it was yesterday, makes it hard to believe its been 5yrs already.

I was at home asleep when the 1st plane hit.... My husband got home from work and woke our oldest daughter so she could get up... He then turned on the t.v. and our daughter turned on the radio in her room, I heard both come on then I heard my daughter say "Omg are they playing a sick joke" just as my husband said "Holy (explative) that was a plane hitting the tower"... That's when the 2nd plane hit...
My daughter was listening to a morning radio show and thought they were playing a sick joke while my husband was watching Good Morning America.. I got up then and made it to the livingroom to see the replay of the video of the 2nd plane hitting....
With in moments the whole family was in the livingroom watching the t.v. in stunned silence... I think for me that's what made it so weird 3 children ages 13-4 all silent when a normal morning in my house is rather loud... I could hear the mantle clock ticking and everything seemed to be moving in slow motion.... When the plane hit the pentagon all I could think was how many more planes are in the air headed to a building...
I found myself hoping someone would tell us all it was a huge sick joke and just a movie... I know may others felt the same way they wanted someone to say it wasn't real...

I was at work, and only heard what I was told. I remember that I could hardly believe it at first. I've since learned a lot about what is really going on in this world, and it isn't pretty. The ruthless, secretive Illuminati seek to turn this world into a fascist police state dictatorship. It's just a matter of time before they pull off yet another staged terrorist attack. Then look out, we may be living under martial law, our beloved constitution as good as toilet paper.

I was at home watching the news and preparing to go to work when I heard about what happened. As soon as I found out, I was called in to work on priority status. I worked many long hours for the first few days after the 9/11 incident.

I was hauling a load of gasoline and diesel fuel in a "big rig" down to a co-op station in Iowa Falls, IA. Those were the days! I am secure about "tomorrow", but it has nothing to do with anything congress or the administration has done. Thank you God!
As a hole, I think we are just as safe as back then. "We" have taken some safety measures to try and protect ourselves and I think some of these measures have worked, although a good majority of them have just impeded our freedom.
For instance, as a hazardous material truck driver, I have to go through a background check to get my rating. The terrorist isn't going to do that, he will get a truck with out anyone noticing and blow-up what he wants to, where he wants to, and when he wants to. He doesn't need a hazardous material rating to do that.

My mom called me early in the morning and told me to turn on the TV... I was freaking out and started to pray! For weeks after that's all they showed on TV, talked about... it was a scary week wondering what next? Is this World War III? but, I don't think we are any safer then we were before... sure everyone is taking extra measures to try to make us safer, but this world is full of people who carry extreme hatred towards others, enough to die for it and to kill for it! The only time I will feel safe is when I am back in God Kingdom!!!
