Make a small series. Maybe a themed series. Than develop a website. If you want upper line of clothing try to send your pieces to every possible celeb out there. Send it to up and coming celebs, musicans etc. Try to get your name out there and get pics of such people wearing them.

Start an ebay store. Keep your name gettting out everywhere. Start small and really keep each piece you make really good. No generic mass produced items.

Research how and why people buy the things they do.

I would rather sell 5 expensive garmets than 20 cheapos. Keep this in mind.

Next are you a good designer? What makes a good designer?

You set two poles up in your back yard. You go to the store and buy nylon rope, get an eye hook to place in the poles to thread the clothing through.
