Male rats can get up to 1 and a half pounds and be up to ten inches long (not including their tail)

I have 2 male rats. One is big and fat b/c he eats everything so he grew pretty fast. he's about 8 inches long not including the tail.

depends on the type of rat and how much you feed it, and its environment,
we always had at least 2 pet rats growing up/ they never got very big but they were domestic bread in captivity types, my friend had one that got to the size of a cat, so it just depends

they can gt big, wild ones can get huge if they have a sufficient food supply and lack of predators.
