Our own human stomach will digest sulphur, just ask anyone who has well water with dissolved sulphur in it. It doesn't taste very good and gives you horrible gas attacks, but in these concentrations it isn't lethal.

A normal functioning stomach.
Sulfur is found in many proteins and enzymes. Sulfur is vital to cell survival. Of course you'll probably shouldn't eat sulfur in pure mineral form but it shouldn't kill. Now sulfuric acid (sulfur dioxide plus atmospheric water and oxygen) is probably what you are thinking of. Sulfuric acid (key component of acid rain) has a corrosive effect, so you'll probably worry about your mouth and your esophagus way before the stomach.

Hi. The real problem is getting energy from the sulfur. It would have to combine with something else. Hydrogen perhaps? In that case you would need a hydrogen producing stomach.

Maybe a lead stomach that is filled with baking soda, and a head full of nothing.
