I heard some Muslim saying that 11 of September was written or mentioned in the holly book .Do you believe that killing innocent people in 11 of September have any relation with Islamic behaviour or guided by instruction in the holly book?

Well before believe that did you ever thought of check the source or doing some investigation. I will give you the answer as Muslims I never came across such a thing and if someone is saying that i tell him/her to read the Holy Quran. I'm not a Muslim and am appalled by the above response saying they are stupid.
Ask yourself, why do wars start in the first place? Because someone caused offence.

It´s written maybe in a directory for terrorists,in a manual for
stupid,ignorant dumbasses or a handbook for criminals
