All of these answers are correct, but you still need to get rid of the fat. You can do all the crunches in the world, but if you have a flabby tummy then you will have great abs with a layer of fat over it. I used to have great abs in high school because I cheered nadran track. Then they stayed for 7 years. I started gaining weight and a tummy after that. Here are two things that worked for me. I got billy blanks boot camp. I did the dardio three times a week, the ab one three times a week, and the others like twice a week. I saw results in just two weeks. I loved it!
I have a friend who does not like to do workout tapes so I told her to try to bike lik e3 miles a day or go running ever other day for like 30 minutes. She bikes three times a week and goes running three times a week. She is looking great in only a month! Cardio is the only thing you can do to get rid of the fat.

I have had three kids. My heaviest point was 160 pounds.
I am now 128 with no stretch marks.
Tons of Palmer's Cocoa Butter on your stomach and legs for the skin
For the toning, You have to strenghten your core muscles, Pilates is perfect. I worked great for me.
Also, I use two hand weights, Lay flat on my back, you lift the weights above your head Ilike arching your back) and you will feel your stomach muscles tightening up. Keep stretching with hand weights and it will help tone up your core.

diet and cardio.
fyi: delivering a baby over 9 pounds increases their chance of developing diabetes.
Sad but true. Just be careful on what to feed the baby.
